One Shinning Moment, we thank you for everything you've done for March Madness, but out of our way! It's time for One WET Moment, where we pay tribute to the best uniform showdowns in the 2026 men's tournament. This is a labor of love for posterity, of course.

This list includes our top 12 (duh), many of which received Wet Alerts (follow us @WetJerseys so you get these in real time). Like our sloppy steaks, we prefer our jersey combinations soaking wet, and these uniform matchups gave us just that.

1) Michigan v. Arizona

The Michigan Monstars we're so damn confident heading into this matchup that Dusty May scouted the first Final Four matchup between Illinois and UCONN in lieu of preparing for Arizona & Michigan wore it's Pitch Navy (Dark Mode) uniforms for Arizona's funeral.

At least one Juggernaut showed up. Rest in peace, Westcoast Wildcats.

2) UCLA v. UCONN

With five national championships between them since the turn of the century (five for UCONN; zero for UCLA, but whose counting?), these two blue bloods looked the part when they locked horns in the second round.

3) Illinois v. UCONN

This uniform combination made for a perfect viewing experience on the sport's biggest stage. Chef's kiss.

4) Illinois v. Houston

Clearly, I love Illinois' orange set with the script font. Houston's uniforms (I see you, Jordan brand) might be even stronger.

5) Tennessee v. Michigan

Power clash to the max. I see orange and yellow Starbursts, and the sun setting on the Volunteers' season.

6) Iowa v. Florida

Although Florida's home set does most of the heavy lifting here, Iowa's throwback uniforms add to the overall appeal.

7) Hawaii v. Arkansas

If you haven't figured it out by now, I've got a major h*rd on for Arkansas's throwback uniforms with "RAZORBACKS" on the jersey and the Hog mascot bulldozing through the "A" on the shorts and, even more so, Darius Acuff Jr. Hawaii's uniforms, for their part, look good with some island(s) flavor.

8) St. Louis v. Michigan

9) UCONN v. Duke

Haha. Haha haha. Ah-haha haha haha haha!

Okay, sorry. If you're a Duke fan, at least you can take solace in the fact that your team looked great before pissing away a 19 point lead to lose on one of the most devastating shots in NCAA tournament history.

For everyone else, don't get too high on this. After all, Duke needs to build those massive leads before it can let them slip away. One of these years, Coach K's adopted son will figure it all out and the rest of us are in SERIOUS trouble.

But until then, we can still laugh our asses off at that ending.
